Jaice Alexander Gardner.
A Los Angeles native, editorially inclined.

Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley — Sherman Oaks and Studio City — Jaice brings a fresh yet seasoned perspective to Los Angeles real estate, combining a background in property management, marketing and client services with a sharp eye for design and presentation.

His practice began supporting top-producing agents in Beverly Hills and Hollywood. Today he covers sales, leasing and property management — from preparing a home for market to building the marketing strategy that actually moves it.
